My wife and searched and searched until we found the perfect community in Chesterfield. Of course we are biased because we live here yet the schools are good and the smart growth of the community for future commercial sounds good. I know for a fact we can get you in a new home here for around 414 to 430 with all upgrades. The taxes are not bad and the builder Matzel & Mumford goes above and beyond. Don't take our word for it. Come see the community and talk to the neighbors.

There will be a special open house this next week where we are giving the buyer a credit of 1% through the builder. Come see us this Thursday from 8-21-08 from 6-8 pm. We reaching the end of the spring/summer market. Everyone moves in the summer and we make a lot of our money during this time. Once the kids start back to school and all the moves are final things will slow. I live up the street from you in Chesterfield and there are no issues here. Bordentown is a cool town. It's all about your needs. My wife and I moved here a year ago from Dallas due to my new job and we lost 8K on our home. We had lived there for almost 2 years and the market was beginning to dip. This was not going to stop me from moving. I would think long and hard about what your goals are and then write it all down. Make the move based on your future needs. You do not want regrets. This will give you an idea of homes pending, sold, and listed in your neighborhood.

Zillow is based on past tax records. You need up to date info from the MLS. Go here http://teamsenter.com/home.asp
and fill out the your neighborhood market report. This will give you the info we look at as realtors straight from the MLS. It will show you what is on the market, what has sold, and what is pending over the last 3 months. - Sat Aug 16 2008, 21:09
