I am a former Captain in the U.S. Air Force. I have been stationed all over the country, most recently at Malmstrom AFB here in Great Falls, MT. I now work with Heritage Property Brokerage as an agent. I know the area very well, and have experience helping people find the home they really want. Let me do the hard work and worrying for you.

Actually, all of that is your agent's job. He or she gets paid to find you a house. Why have him earn a commission while you search on your own? If you don't think your agent can find you a house, or you don't trust them to act in your best interest, OR they don't put forth the effort you think is required... find a new agent. If you get hounded at an open house, simply tell them you are already working with an agent. - Wed Sep 12 2007, 11:48
I live in Great Falls, and I like it. There's never been a dull moment in 5 years, the people are friendly, the schools are great, and there's lots of work. I don't want to steer you either way, but I would like to help you find your next home. Contact me. I can find you a place anywhere in Montana, (not just Great Falls). Let me do all the hard work and worrying for you. - Wed Sep 12 2007, 11:22
