Marilyn,

We would like the chance to be interviewed by you as well. My husband I work as a team which is very beneficial to our clients. Why have 1 person working for you when you can have 2 people available to show you properties. My husband and I have many innovative tools to help in the buying process. We have many references for you to contact that will show how we operate. We look forward to hearing from you.

Why no address? I'm interested.

Kelly Graham answered:
Located at 128 Elmhurst, this property has been sold. It closed on 9-15-08. If you would like to contact me, I can get you set up on a search for another home. All I would need is some criteria such as bedroom, baths, square footage, the area you are looking, etc.
The first thing, however you want to do, if not done already, is speak to a lender or mortgage broker and get pre-approved. In these hard economic times, there are many people who were able to purchase a home a short time ago, but aren't able to now. You want to know how much purchasing power you have and that way we can narrow down a price range for us to search. - Sun Oct 5 2008, 05:51

If you currently have your home on the market with a Realtor, then we, as Realtors are not able to interfere with agency, you should be contacting your agent.

If your agent is not representing you in the purchase, or if you are trying to sell your home yourself, then we, as Realtors, are able to lend advice. I'd be happy to answer any of your questions if this is the case, please contact me through the website below. - Sun Sep 14 2008, 06:33

Wethersfield, Rocky Hill, or Newington?

Kelly Graham answered:
My wife and I are agents in the Greater Hartford area. We are both very familiar with the towns you mentioned. If you would like to gain some insight regarding the area you can go to our website at: http://www.greaterhartfordproperties.com. We both work in Glastonbury and would be able to asssist you and your wife if needed. - Sat Aug 23 2008, 05:37
