About Me
Lisa Nonamaker is a top-producing Realtor and former award-winning teacher in Northern Virginia, located near the nation's capital - Washington DC. Lisa is a native of Northern Virginia, and has been a realtor for over 10 years. Lisa's genuine care and concern for her clients' interests - both personal and financial - are shared by her strong client history and great references. She is willing to answer your questions with no pressure or obligation. The Assistant Editor of Washingtonian magazine once called Lisa, "The most helpful real estate agent I have ever worked with."

She is a relocation specialist, focused on helping corporate, government, and military clients sell and buy homes in all counties within Northern Virginia, inclulding:

* Arlington
* Alexandria
* Fairfax
* Falls Church
* Loudoun
* Prince William County
* Manassas

Lisa caters to a wide variety of clients, and is successful in the upsale real estate market, with high ranking government officials as her previous clients, all of whom will offer glowing references.

Lisa is also very knowledgeable about distressed sales, foreclosures, pre-foreclosures, short sales, and bank-owned properties. Life's transitions and challenges, as well as celebrations drive many of the home sales, so Lisa's experience is extensive when helping clients through divorce, death, or illness. In many cases, though, life's celebrations such as the exciting opportunity to relocate to a new area, or relocate to come to Northern Virginia to purchase a home is a reason to call Lisa as well.

Lisa is a real estate investor herself, so her clients appreciate her ability to view home purchases as a business investment.

Call Lisa if you are interested in selling or buying a home in Northern Virginia: (571) 220-8102. She is also the founder and owner of TheListingExperts.com, a helpful site where buyers, sellers, and particularly people who are relocating to one of our beautiful Northern Virginian counties can review helpful real estate information.

Hi Uzo,
What a wonderful neighborhood! I used to live on Moss Ranch Lane in a cape cod, and I taught at Chantilly High School. I handle rentals for clients who relocate, are overseas on the military, or move abroad with the government.

I would love to help you and I always enjoy working in Greenbriar. It is a good rental market right now, so I would love to visit and we could take a look at the house together to determine whether you should invest in any improvements or perhaps it is ready to be rented now.

I have excellent references and have been a real estate agent for over 10+ years. I have strong ties to the community and am here to help.

Hi Potential First-Time Home Buyer,
My name is Lisa Nonamaker and I'm a former Fairfax County and Prince William County teacher, but have been a Real Estate agent in Northern Virginia for over 10 years. I have personally lived in almost every county in Northern Virginia, and have sold homes in all of them. I am currently a resident of Prince William County, and understand your consideration of western Ffx Co vs. Prince William Co.

My suggestion is that you contact a lender now. Even if you will not purchase a home for over two years, the best thing you can do to prepare yourself is to talk with a lender and real estate agent to help you create a buying plan. Most buyers who do this find themselves able to purchase a better home, and with better loan terms because of the focus on planning.

Real estate is an investment, and there are incredible deals right now. I am sure you will also be able to find something incredible in two years as well. Hire a helpful, honest agent who has tons of personal experience in Northern Virginia.

Best to you!
