if seller is a developer whose property has not been sold for past year or so, what is the right offer?

Hi Rosa,
When my husband and I came to St. Augustine to look at homes, I found a Real Estate Agent and had her negotiate with the developer in St. Augustine, FL. We got a great deal and the developer paid the real estate agent her commission. I'm a Realtor in St. Augustine and would like to help you find your home of your dreams. There are lots of great deals in today's market even threw a developer.

The crime rates scare us but we have to move to St Augustine from Mass. Are there any super SAFE FAMILY areas?

Hi Jep
I relocated from Kansas City area and love it here in St. Augustine. St. Johns County is proud of its excellent educational opportunities. Public and private schools are first rate with test scores among the highest in the state. I feel safe here. It's a small community with over 50 attractions to see. There are lots of great parks for children such as, Treaty Park, and a new park on St. Augustine beach area. It's a magnificient place.
