As a permanent resident of this community I am familiar with the area and the housing market. I will provide you with timely service from the initial appointment to the closing table. Should you need assistance with moving, mortgage loans, inspectors, insurance or other aspects of buying or selling a home, I can provide you with professional business partners who I am confident you will be happy with.
If you are military, I will provide all elements of assistance that cater to your needs for a smooth transition, regardless of whether its a quick move... or if you are the lucky one with a few months notice. I understand the added stress a family experiences when you have deployments, career changes and absent spouses simultaneously spinning in your life as my husband retired last year with 27.5 years of active duty.

Hi Maye
It may be that the postal address is in the city associated with a partiular county; however not actually in that county. This occurs in our area - especially in rural area with postal addresses in a city that is generally associated with Cumberland Co; however, the actual city the home is phsically located in is a different county. The best source for school information is the schools website if you already have a particular location you are interested in. Our school system has a feature which allows persons to enter an address and it returns the elementary, middle and high schools associated with the address. Hope this helps. Vinny,
If you have not signed a lease agreement, you are not liable for the terms of the lease agreement. If you choose to rent, you will most likely incur pro-rated rent for the initial move in month. This would not be the case for a move in on the first of the month assuming the rent is due on the first of each month. I am confused about what the "lease was too much for rent amount". By this do you mean that the lease terms were too long? This may be negotiable but generally the landlord has a 6 month or 12 month rental policy. Hope this helps. - Wed Sep 10 2008, 06:30

There is much more than the information provided necessary to complete a market analysis of this home. You can obtain a general price range from homes with similar square footage and age; however, location (even within the same neighborhood), upgrades and condition are also vital. You can visit the county tax assessors web site to see if the square footage range is similar to the one you have been provided. If you are not working with a Realtor on your behalf (buyers agency) I suggest you begin there. A Realtor can provide you with all the information you need to make the right choices. - Mon Sep 8 2008, 09:26

Often credit issues can be resolved in a minimal amount of time. It all depends on what is on the credit report and how old the items are. The best way to resolve credit problems is through a reputable lender who can assist you with exactly what needs attention and the order of attention. Often times people pay a particular debt off or down when the money could have been used more effectively in other ways like reducing several debts instead of paying on just one, etc. If you like I can refer you to a lender that would be happy to provide you guidance in this area. Please contact me through my website if you are interested. Whatever you do, don't let this continue to haunt you. The sooner you take action, the sooner you can purchase a home and move past your families credit dilemma. Best of luck and congratulations for taking action! - Mon Aug 18 2008, 13:28
