Hi Laura,
I think there are also feeds from the public records that the local tax assesors have. This particular town record indicates it was sold in 2003 for $187,000. Hope this helps.

Melissa Mancini, Realtor, CBR, GRI answered:
Hi Judy,
If your sister would like to see this property, I would recommend interviewing Buyer Agents and selected one to work with. I wouldn’t post her number on here. She could be bombarded with dozens of calls, without being able to pre-screening the agents and it could become a real nuisance. - Thu Oct 23 2008, 22:53
Melissa Mancini, Realtor, CBR, GRI answered:
It can be offensive to some sellers who are new to the market and who are already “priced right”. Sellers have already lost equity in there home, and if they are priced accordingly and a buyer comes in with a low-ball offer, it can tick them off. As much of a business deal the sales process can be, sellers can be very emotional. If you have a Buyer Agent, they should be providing you with a “CMA” which would be used as a baseline for negotiations. If you can’t provide comparable active listings or sales data to support a low offer, the chances of getting it accepted, weakens. - Thu Oct 23 2008, 20:19
Melissa Mancini, Realtor, CBR, GRI answered:
Miriam,
If you have documentation that these things occured within the first year of construction, you should be covered under the MA standard builder's warranty. If the builder is being un-responsive, I would consult with an attorney. - Thu Oct 23 2008, 18:53

Hi Bruce,
I am a Realtor in Easton, and know this house well. It most recently sold for $565,000 back in June of 2006. Let me know if I can help you further.
