I would strongly look at Downingtown. Downingtown offers a unique combination of value, convenience, sought after schools, and location. At the very least take a drive aroung the aurrounding areas of Downingtown. For a personal tour, give me a call... - Wed May 14 2008, 12:11
Are you looking at Daniel's way to be in the borough of Downingtown, or to be in the school district? There are plenty of choices locally hat still fall within the school district if that is the reason. Shoot me an e-mail and I can provide a list of potential homes in different areas. Look through it, and if you like any of them, let us know and we'll get you out to see them.
Price-wise Daniel's Way is priced about right, given their location and size. My main concern would be re-saleability givin their proximity to the train tracks. - Wed May 14 2008, 12:04
How much are you looking to spend on the home? Lease purchasing would probably NOT be the way to go if down payment is not a problem. Interest rates are great, and there's not much sense paying someone else's mortgage. Shoot me an e-mail, and I'll compile a list of everything available in your price range and area. We have plenty of inventory here in Chester County, and I'm sure we can find you something great! - Wed May 14 2008, 11:58
