Its a matter of when you feel comfortable. Talk to a few agents till you find the one you click with. They can send you listings to look at. They can take you to see properties. Give you open house information so you can go on your own. So I dont think its ever to early to work with someone that way they can better get an idea of what exactly you are looking for!! - Fri Nov 14 2008, 09:29
Just make sure that you have recieved the diclosure for that dual agency. I dont think its bad at all. Maybe both the agents will be in the same office which might save you time getting items signed and might make the process go quicker. I think as long as you go with a company with a good reputation you should be fine! - Fri Nov 14 2008, 09:26
Sometimes if you do price below market you might get a larger pool of buyers interested in your property. And that might get you multiple offers. Which could possibly lead to a higher final selling price!! - Fri Nov 14 2008, 09:21
