Markets run incycles. This down cycle is exaserbated by a failure of the government to address the lending problems we are currently experiencing. Central Arizona remains a desirable location for the population. Our perfect weather and location will prove to be the most important factor in investing in real estate in Camp Verde. Now is the best time to acquire property. The prices are retracted under our current market. There is a lot of inventory to choose from. Buy low. Sell high.
