Taxes are so High in indian village becase Detroit accesse taxes base on the area; so if you have a home that sold for $900,000 in the same area as a home that sold for $200,00 taxes start going up(proposal A) The specific home is really not look at but the general area. - Thu Aug 14 2008, 02:06
your question is vague but if you sign the addendums from the bank and there was a clause that said you will not get your emd back then that may be the case. A good realtor will alaways provide a inspection clause in a purchase offer to allow for such a event. - Thu Aug 14 2008, 01:40
