Is Park Hill Village a good place to buy a condo now?

Park Hill Village is in a progressive area of denver with new contemporary architecture and retail under development. The condominiums and town-homes are trendsetting and luxurious. The amenities are also nice with an active swimming pool and fitness center. Park Hill also has a phenomenal location just minutes from LoDo (Lower Downtown), City Park, Cherry Creek and Stapleton. Starbucks and KT's BBQ are anchors to the 19,000 sq ft retail development at Park Hill's front door. Not to mention. It's affordable real estate in the heart of Denver.
