"Chris.
I just want to say thank you and let you know how impressed I am with your tactics for getting our house up for sale. We really did not know what we were missing in a realtor from taking pictures to using all available resources. We are ready to get this house sold and for you to get us into Franklin!
Thanks
Jenni"

Well the two main differences when buying in that area are one the taxes. Taxes in Davidson County tend to be much higher sometimes double than in Williamson County, now obviously they differ from house to house, so when you are looking at houses taxes are something that should factor into your decision. Another major difference are the School Systems, some would say Williamson has better school systems while others may say Davidson. It really just depends on each school. Even if you dont have children and you think this doesnt effect you, it will when it comes time to sell the house. If you have ANY other questions regarding this area or anywhere in Middle Tennessee please don't heistate to call me at 615-943-7114 or email me.
