A few minutes after our conversation, I received a call from my lawyer. With two weeks to go, GMAC finally replied to to the legal letters and entered into negotiation to resolve this matter. While nothing is final, the situation appears about to resolve.

How long ago were the deaths? If was within the last threee years, it should have been disclosed fi the trust knew about it. If it was longer than three years ago,....Civil Code ยง1710.2 requires disclosure of a death MORE than 3 years old, IF the Buyer asks.
