I fundamentally believe that being able to own a piece of property is so much a part of what makes this country great. I am also a firm believer in "The Golden Rule". Whether you are buying, selling, or investing my goal is to provide a high value-five star service experience in order to make the entire process as easy as possible. I'll be guiding you each step of the way. The combination of world class technical sales and customer service management experience in such organizations as American Airlines, SABRE Decision Technologies, and Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, a solid educational foundation, and several moves within Asia, Europe, and the U.S.A. allow me the ability to analyize and negotiate your transaction from several perspectives. Whether you are an investor, a first time buyer, a move up buyer or a seller who is looking for cutting edge, state of the art technology and advertising, you can count on me to deliver the results you deserve. When you make one of life's most important financial decisions to buy or sell a home, I'm committed to going the extra mile to ensure that all of your needs are successfully met in a timely, professional, and honest manner.

75034....excellent school system...but Frisco is served by several different school systems. School boundries were drawn long ago before the cities grew. So be careful and check before you sign a contract. Just because the house is in Frisco city limits does not guarantee Frisco schools.
If you'd like us to send you information about schools or houses, please give me a call so we can discuss your specific needs and target dates.

They can kick you out for being late. The best thing to do is pay on time or pay a day or two early.
See if you can set up direct deposit with him.
I am not an attorney, but from what I understand:
They must give you an eviction letter....either send it or post it on the door.
Once the give you 3 days to get out, then they can file with the court.
You'll get a court date within 10 days. You can have your day in court, but around here the judge will typically ask you if you have paid, paid on time, and will want to see proof of that.
If you can't provide proof, they will find in favor of the landlord and then give you another 24hrs to 5 days to get out.
If you're not out the landlord can move you out with the sheriff or constable there.
In my opinion you don't want it to go that far. Then it can go on your credit, you might not get your deposit back, you will have to pay the court fees, etc.
If you want to stay, call him and work something out.
If you don't want to stay, call him and work something out.
If he is adamant about kicking you out, just work with them....make a deal....like look I'll move at the end of the month if you'll promise to give my full deposit back.... - Yesterday, 13:01

Josi,
Is there any documentation of the income? Do you deposit it in your bank account? Do you record it on tax returns? Do they give you cash or give you checks? Most lenders will want some kind of proof of income. You'll want to work with a more professional or experienced loan officer who will tell you what works and not always what you want to hear. As someone else mentioned the loan officers we work with typically will tell you honestly if they think they can or can't do the loan. We certainly don't like to get you in the position of bidding on a home when we don't think or don't know if the loan will go through. Let me know if you need a good referral and we'll see what we can do to help you. - Yesterday, 09:42
