God created me a Southern, by his Grace. Born and raised in the Carolina’s, I have spent my whole life either in the Foothills or the mountains of the Carolina’s. I am happily married, mother of three and

Real Estate was the career I was looking for. I love helping people and it is a challenge to find the home of their dreams. Listening to what’s important to them is something that I have found to be very essential to finding their dream home. I feel that there should always be open communication

When the transaction is finished, I like to feel I have made a friend instead of just a client. My business depends on my clients and the referrals they give me.

Talk with your Realtor about how you feel. They may not know they are giving you the feeling that they are frustrated. If in fact they are, ask them to refer you to another Realtor that works well with first time buyers. - Sat Jul 26 2008, 15:19

This would depend on what you value more. Not having a lawn to mow or the privacy a single-family home would offer. In our area there are subdivisions that have very little yards, but beautiful homes. You first need to decide on what means the most to you and go from there. - Sat Jul 26 2008, 15:04

I do not feel that this is steering. Steering is where you try to direct someone to another home, because of the neighborhood, race etc. I only give websites because of the liability to Realtors if we should misrepresent the truth of the crime etc,. - Sat Jul 26 2008, 14:59
