My clients will tell you that I provide professional assistance while treat ing them as family members. So, if you are looking for an agent you can trust to treat you right and do a totally professional job for you, call or send an email, and let me know how I can help you with all your housing needs.
"Donna Boylan is more than just our realtor, she is a good friend. We looked for over two years before we found “THE PERFECT HOUSE”. The house we chose to purchase was a bank short sale and Donna was great through the entire process. We put an offer in around Thanksgiving 2007 and finally closed April 2008. There were many hurdles with the bank short sale, due to the selling bank, but Donna always found ways to keep us content and top priority. She once said to me “I want this to be a great experience for you both”. She made the entire home buying process a wonderful experience for us both. We would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for an honest, friendly, and dedicated realtor. She truly wants to see her clients happy! Thank you very much Donna for caring about our family and our wellbeing!"

Dear GT,
You are so right. That price should give you some very nice square footage. There are some gorgeous patio homes for sale in the Dublin/Muirfield area in your price range at a much better rate. - Wed Aug 13 2008, 17:26
David,
Columbus has a huge variety of great places to live. My son currently lives in Merion Village. It is convenient to anyone working down town, but there are many options for homes in the greater Columbus area. You really do need to check the crime rate for any area into which you might be moving. If you would like to talk to someone about all the options, give me a call. - Wed Aug 13 2008, 17:20
You need to ask a realtor to do a CMA for you. A CMA is a comparative market analysis. This analysis takes similar homes and compares them to yours. It includes homes that are currently on the market, homes that sold recently, homes that were withdrawn and/or expired from a listing. The CMA can be designed in a variety of ways to stress features, square footage, style, etc. The land price would also be best determined by using a CMA. The realtor checks recent sales and market prices to determine a fair per acre price. In order to sell your home quickly, you want to price it right with the current market conditions. And remember, the realtor does not determine the market price....the market does! - Wed Aug 13 2008, 17:13

Although I very much enjoy working with buyers, I also enjoy marketing homes. I go the extra mile to make a home marketable. As an accredited home stager, I use my skills to help homeowners put their best foot forward in showcasing their homes. As a certified new construction specialist, I also enjoy helping my clients find just the right builder and/or newly built home for their needs. Also, as an accredited buyer's representative, I work hard in negotiations to get the very best deals for my buyers. And finally, as an e-Pro, I love to work online with my clients. I do a great deal of communications through email and that saves time for my clients....especially when we need to have answers and signatures in a timely manner. As a former educator, I make sure my clients understand the process. I help them every step of the way.
