About Me
So you know a little bit about me, I worked in another profession for more than 30 years. I have a bachelors' and two master's degrees. Now I enjoy working as a full time real estate agent. I have a number of RE credentials, including accredited buyer's representative, new construction specialist, accredited home stager and e-pro. Currently I am the president of the Southern Delaware County Realty Association and serve on the Communications Committee of the Columbus Board of Realtors. I also enjoy membership in the Greater Dublin Realtors Association as well as the Women's Club of Powell. I welcome the challenge of today’s market as I work with buyers and sellers. My clients will tell you that I provide professional assistance while treat ing them as family members. Columbus has a huge variety of great places to live. My son currently lives in Merion Village. It is convenient to anyone working down town, but there are many options for homes in the greater Columbus area. You need to ask a realtor to do a CMA for you. A CMA is a comparative market analysis. This analysis takes similar homes and compares them to yours. It includes homes that are currently on the market, homes that sold recently, homes that were withdrawn and/or expired from a listing. The CMA can be designed in a variety of ways to stress features, square footage, style, etc. The land price would also be best determined by using a CMA. The realtor checks recent sales and market prices to determine a fair per acre price. In order to sell your home quickly, you want to price it right with the current market conditions. And remember, the realtor does not determine the market price....the market does! - Wed Aug 13 2008, 17:13
