The home sold on 09/26/08 for 660K (includes 6K in seller concessions). The discrepency you noticed in room count is likely the difference between the bed/bath count in the walk-out basement and the bed/bath count on the upper levels. - Mon Nov 3 2008, 09:45

The home is under contract. Homes are priced very low in many cases and are selling quickly. There are other similar homes in the area available for similar prices, let me know if you would like me to send you some examples.

The property you have referenced sold in September, though you probably know this. I specialize in South Aurora and live near the Conservatory, so am very familiar with the area, in fact my friend lives in the very model you referenced and their family has been very happy living there. There is an exact model match currently for sale at a similar price, which is at the low end of the price scale (for a lender owned property). Hi Jessie. Are you referring to a 30 day notice? If so, check your original lease agreement to determine if a 30 day notice requirement was written into the agreement. If not, then there should be no penalty, though it would not hurt to run it by an attorney. In many cases, I will pay my clients early lease termination penalty if they buy a home through me.
