Hi Kelly,
I just checked the Multiple listing service that would handle Willowick & the Greater Cleveland area and found out tht this property is not currently on the market!
It went off on October 8th. But there are still a great number of really fantastic bargains out there!
If you are beginning the search for your new home, perhaps you should consider having a BUYER's agent working to represent YOU. The guy who has the house listed is working for the SELLER. As your buyers gent, my job is to represent YOU. I work to find you the right houses that meet your needs within your price range and then negotiate on your behalf to obtain the most favorable deal for you.
BEST OF ALL--AS YOUR BUYER'S AGENT, My SERVICES COST YOU NOTHING! Sellers pay my fees.
Some things to think about to assist in clarifying which house are the right ones for you to see:
Are you a 1st time home buyer?
What kind of home are you looking to buy?
What price range are you looking in?
What kind of needs do you have/ How many bedrooms, baths, etc.?
I am a Real estate professional who would welcome the opportunity to help you find your home. I lived in the Wickliffe, Willowick and Euclid are for many years.
Couple of ways that I can help. Drop me a note at jwirsing@kw.com or call me at 440-487-2193 with what kind of homes you are looking for and I can set up a search that will include all active listings from all Real Estate companies including RE/Max, Century 21, Howard Hanna, etc. . We can make it as wide or as specific as you would like! One of the really great features of this is that you will receive updates as new properties fitting your search become available or there are price adjustments on the listings.
You can also go to
http://www.BestAreaHomeSearch.com for a search engine that will allow you to search ALL the listings available. You can also save those listings that are you favorites & reject those that you have no interest in pursuing. You can use this search to find the BEST AREA HOME SEARCH.
I look forward to the opportunity to work for you.
John
