About Me

I'm a 5th generation Floridian selling real estate in the Tampa Bay area. I live on the beach in Pinellas County and my office is on Clearwater Beach. I’ve lived in Georgia, Tennessee and Ohio. I sold real estate in Ohio during the double digit interest rate market.

I've worked as an Estate Accountant with a large law firm in Ohio. I managed estates and trusts of all sizes and prepared estate, fiduciary and personal income tax returns. I became an Enrolled Agent which allowed me to represent the public to the IRS through the appeals process. I moved from the law firm to the trust department of a regional bank as a Trust Officer.

The entrpreneurial spirit hit again and I opened my own business as a freelance probate paralegal and enrolled agent. After almost 20 years of working with attorneys, accountants and the public, I was able to return home to Florida and back to my first love - real estate.

I serve on the board of the condo association in which I live and am well acquainted with the joys and challenges of condominium life.

I live in Belleair Beach and will be glad to help you. I do need to know an address or a price. If the address is an odd number on Gulf Blvd it is not on the water. If you send me the information you know I can probably answer your question and give you a private MLS search for Belleair Beach and surrounding areas.

Neighborhoods and condo buildings have lost value at different rates. One neighborhood may have held value while another may be down 30%. If you let me know what you are looking for I can help you. I also have a program that will allow you to search the MLS as well.
