No you do not have to get a loan for more than the purchase agreement.
It means you will have that much equity in your property. Market value changes with
the market.

Now until income tax time, check with a lender to find out what your financial position is, to determine if it is best time for you.

Hi I am Fabulous Realtor Nancy Peebles-Moore
A resell or resale is a property that been purchased and is now being offered for sale again.
VS a property that has never been sold for the first time, such as new construction, or a property
that never been used, lived-in, or sold before.

Hi I am Fabulous Realtor Nancy Peebles-Moore you should always get a good faith estimate and a pre-approval letter before purchasing a house, or any real estate. Plus review/check-out the information. It is your choice to lock-in at the true rate, not an estimated rate. Also compare rates before you lock-in your rate. The rate changes daily it can go either up or down. As a buyer you have to do what is best for you.
Be Bless,
