As Realtors, we do a new market analysis approx. every 30 days to see what has been selling. We then adjust the price , if it is deemed necessary.

We have sold a lot of new construction and have also been subdivision Agents. The Commission for a cooperating broker is built into the deal. Builders will not part with this money if the Buyer doesn't have an Agent. An Agent who really knows new construction can get you a great deal, especially in this market. They talk the same language as the builder. It's a different part of the business. Get an Agent who really understands new construction. - Sat May 3 2008, 15:32

Ronnie- There are a lot of Townhome Communities that take care of all the things you mentioned in your question. For someone with an active lifestyle this is the way to go! When you find an Agent to work with, tell them your wants and needs. - Fri May 2 2008, 13:19
