Yes, there are several 3-4 bedrooms within your price range (i.e. over 20 ranches, 6 traditional, 4 cont,
ranch/transitional-2, cont/ranch-2, ranch/trad -2). These are built approximately in 1980 to the present with 2 full bath and half bath. 5 properties in the MLS were built after 1999.
