How do I find out if a home has sold?

I drove by this house but it did not have a sign out front. Is it still for sale?

According to the Chattanooga Multiple Listing Service, the home at 433 Stanford Drive sold in July of this year for $167,500. If you are interested in other homes in the neighborhood, I would be happy to email them over to you. I currently have one at 208 Durance Drive in the back of the neighborhood. If I can assist you with any additional information in regards to the homes in Stanford Place, please feel free to contact me.

Another website you migth try is craigslist.org. I use it on the properties I have listed and for rentals also in the Chattanooga area. You might try posting your home on there with the options of purchasing or renting and see if you get any takers.
