About Me

Amy has been a Charlottesville resident since 1985. She grew up in the Shenandoah Valley and graduated from the University of Virginia in 1990 with a B.A in History. She remained in the Charlottesville area and began her real estate career in 1996. She joined the firm of McLean Faulconer in 1999. In her twelve years in real estate, Amy has over $50 million in career sales. Specializing in new construction, she represents MacMillan-Pace, LLC, Southland Homes and Redlands, LLC. She is currently selling new homes and lots in three new Ivy neighborhoods – The Rocks at Ivy, Old Ballard Farm and Ragged Mountain Farm as well as new construction in the Crozet area.
