About Me
I love being in Real Estate in one of the fastest-growing micropolitan areas in the country! Licensed since 1998, I have so enjoyed helping buyers and sellers acheive their goals. I opened Century 21 Prestige Realty in 2005, and have the best agents in Southern Utah.

Jennie Hendricks answered:
You might need to check your listing paperwork, too. Is there an "opt in/opt out" option for IDX? If your client has opted out, then you'll need to specifically exclude this listing from the internet. If they have not opted out, then they probably have given their permission to advertise over the internet. Your local board should be able to help you. - Fri Oct 31 2008, 12:12

what is a private land lease? Where is this located exactly?

Jennie Hendricks answered:
A private land lease can be structured several different ways. This particular property is being offered for sale by owners who have a lease through a company that has a long term lease from the Forest Service. It makes the property very affordable, as the lease is very inexpensive.

There are several parcels available, one with a cabin on it. The scenery is absolutely beautiful, near LeBaron Lake among pine and aspen. You can call the listing agent at (435) 691-2612 or email him at Todd.McMullin@century21.com - Sun Oct 26 2008, 12:03

Find golf course homes only.

Jennie Hendricks answered:
I've got golf course homes in Cedar City! St. George has a bunch, too. If you get in touch with a local Realtor you can receive a list of homes only on golf courses. - Tue May 6 2008, 07:52

Question removed

Jennie Hendricks answered:
The short answer to your question is that prices in the Cedar City area are generally quite a bit lower. Of course a lot depends on what price range you're looking in and what amenities you like. You dollar will typically go further in Cedar City than in St. George. Now is a really good time to buy in either area as there is enough inventory to afford buyers very good choices, and I'm seeing some good deals! - Tue Mar 4 2008, 17:50
