Have we reached the BOTTOM yet in Cape Coral?

It depends on what you are looking at. There have been some direct access homes in the Yatch Club area that have sold in days at or above asking price, but for the rest of the city the bottom is more likely to be closer to a year from now as foreclosures work there way through the system. - Tue Oct 2 2007, 13:49
