I was born in Maryland and worked for AT&T in the customer service part of the communications business for many years, then transferred to Orlando in 1983. I have been visiting Southwest Florida for 23 years and loving every minute of it, so we moved here in 2005!

Besides my family, grandkids and Shih-Tzu, I enjoy boating, fishing, gardening and arts and crafts to name a few! With my customers, I care about making a difference! You may not want to walk away from it. I just closed a short sale today for a seller. It will hurt your credit much more if it goes into foreclosure. Many are in the same boat right now. Many things to consider. Are you employed? How many liens are there? Are you behind in payments? Was this a primary home or investment property? If I can be of any assistance please don't hesitate to ask. There is deifnitely much to ponder. It's A Great Day To Buy Southwest Florida Real Estate!

It is true it's a wonderful area for a great deal and boating, fishing, golfing, beaching and shopping! There is plenty of health care around here too! Englewood, North Port, Port Charlotte, Venice, Punta Gorda not to mention single family homes, villas, condos, townhomes and even mobile homes! Something for every price range!
