Testimonials
""Dear Ms. Corley, Yes it has been just about a year since my experience with you and your company as my realtor in the sale of my Brooklyn residence. I must say that it was a pleasure working with you and your firm. After being tied down for 6 months with a now defunct Foxton's and what they put me through, you took over the sale of my then home and marketed it and got me a concrete sales right away, helping me to also complete my purchase on my new lovely home in Maryland! I'd like to thank you and Corley Realty Group, Inc on making my experience a pleasure. I'll also continue to recommend your establishment as the place of choice for selling your home to my friends, relatives and acquaintances. Thank you for a job well done!"

Where oh Where have all the listing gone?

Allison answered:
There are plenty of homes available for that price range. You may have to compromise on what area of choice you are seeking. But because of the real estate climate we are currently in, you are in a position to purchase a home (even in a decent area) for below market value. Please contact me at 888-360-5757 x86 or along@corleyre.com for assistance. - Sat Oct 4 2008, 18:21

Hi Diana,

You might have to venture pass the Clinton Hill area for that price range. You can give me a call at 888-360-5757 x86 or email me at along@corleyre.com and I can assist you with finding you an coop or condo of your choice. - Sat Oct 4 2008, 18:08

Hello Fellow Crown Heights Resident!

I would suggest that you continue to renovate your home to make it comfortable for you while you are living there as well as increase the value of your home for when you decide to sell. Just make sure that the renovations you decide to do increases your resale value.

Since you have a reasonable interest rate and you obviously don't have any difficulty paying your mortgage, you might as well continue to enjoy the tax benefits of having a mortgage and living in a comfortable, beautiful home.

When you do decide to sell, you can contact me at along@corleyre.com or call me at 888-360-5757 x86 - Sat Oct 4 2008, 17:56

Unfortunately for you, he does not have to provide you with a two year lease. It seems to me that he's applying pressure to have you move out by steadily increasing your rent. My suggestion to you, as with the others is to find another place where the rent is more affordable and your landlord is more accessible.
