I`ve been a realtor in Brick now for over 8 years. I do mainly residential listings and sales. I am presently working with some banks with forclosure properties. I also like to work with investors. If you are thinking about a short sale whether you are a buyer or seller I can explain those options to you. If you need to sell your home quickly and your mortgage is more than your home is worth I have the solution.

The Zillow value means nothing in this case because it does not recognize that it is a forclosure. I work with some mortgage reps that I have known for awhile and done business with that can help you with that kind of loan. Contact below !!!

By doing what your doing right now....asking realtors !!! The correct answer is stay put unless you have to sell because of reasons like (cant afford payments anymore, divorce, job relocation, ect.) - Fri Aug 8 2008, 05:30
I would not sell in this market unless you absolutly have no choice !!! - Fri Jan 4 2008, 06:05
We are presently in a buyers market and my feeling are that no one should be selling their house now unless they have to.(example) divorce, death in family, can`t make the payments, job relocation, ect. - Sun Nov 25 2007, 06:54

Craig....I am originally from North Jersey and have lived in Brick now for 10 years. I would never move back up north. Keep in mind that I am not a beach, boat, fisherman type person at all. The way of life down here is just different then up north in a way that is hard to explain. Along with your in the middle of everywhere so your not too far from NY,Atlantic City,Philadelphia and your bonus is the beach which is 15 minutes or less depending where in Brick you live. - Tue Aug 5 2008, 05:11

You can try. Have your attorney call the sellers attorney about the damage. Take some pictures to give your attorney a leg to stand on when he is making this claim for you. - Fri Aug 1 2008, 16:59
I specialize in finding and selling properties for investors. Working with investor buyers is not the same as working with someone who is interested in moving into the house they are buying.
I love sports and of course real estate. My favorite teams are the Yankees and Giants(football).
