What is Franklin, NH like to live in?

Marsha Foden answered:
Hello Stacy, I am a realtor and also live in Franklin, NH. This town has alot to offer.... If you like the outdoors, then you can visit Webster lake with it's 2 town beaches, and bring the boat as there is also a boat launch, or do some hiking along the Pemi River, or how about our own walking trails. Hunting, fishing, cross crountry skiing, snowmobiling on our own trails, and we even have a ski area. If you like the arts then you should know they have brought back the Opera House to enjoy a play. The town recreation department always has something going on for our children, and adults. Close shopping to the Tilton outlets and an easy commute to Concord. I can't say enough about the town and have lived up here for 11 years. Great community! If you would like more information please feel free to get in touch. Marsha Foden - Thu Jun 19 2008, 16:17

Ok the truth is you would not need a realtor to find this information, yes it is all public record. That means it would take you valuable time to research this at the registry. For the quickest answer to your question I would recommend you contact a realtor. We have this information at our fingertips, and would be happy to produce this for you. Please feel free to contact me if you would like me to help you with this. - Sat Apr 26 2008, 03:40

where do i find the listing for nh?

Marsha Foden answered:
I would offer advice, but the first 2 answers are correct and should get you started. If you are not working with a realtor presently I would suggest that you find one, as this is very important to both a buyer and a seller. Interview realtors yourself and choose someone who you think will best serve your needs. One who will work hard to help you with making the best decision on your investment. - Sat Apr 26 2008, 03:19
Marsha Foden answered:
My advice would be to definately sell and buy the larger home. You would be buying in a great market with the current values and interest rates. If you were to wait till the market came back to let's say a "sellers market" then you would obviously make more on the home you are selling, but what would it cost for the home you are buying. Where would you make the most money on your return of investment? - Sat Apr 26 2008, 02:52
