Having spent a number of years in the working as Greater Seattle Real Estate Agent and New Construction Home Sales Specialist for two of the largest builders in the Northwest, Polygon NW and Centex Homes, and now for one of the most respected Real Estate Companies on the West Coast, Windermere Real Estate in Woodinville, WA, I have gained a comprehensive knowledge of the housing market. I see that this is listed MLS4owner.....I did verify that on the MLS your home is appropriately listed with the square footage you noted, however, Trulia probably swept this listing from another online advertisment where one of two things could have happen whomever prepared the ad miskeyed the SF or it pulled the square footage off of your tax records which sometimes varies from actual SF. I would try contact Trulia Customer Service directly to see if they can assit you in changing the information. - Tue Nov 11 2008, 13:09

That depends....if a landlord chooses to list his rental property with a licensed agent and the agreement states a commission shall be paid then the answer is YES. Typically you will see a commission of 50% - to 1 month's rent being split between the listing agent and the tenant's agent and usually requires a minimum of a 12 month lease or is then pro-rated. If a landlord rents it himself without listing it with a brokerage it, then no. - Thu Oct 16 2008, 08:35

Yes, that home is still active and it looks as though the home recently had a price reduction on 10/1. Unfortunately, there are no interior shots of the home, but if you would like to schedule a showing I'd be happy to schedule an appointment with you.
