Sudbury is a lovely town with a very good school system. The commute to Boston is a little challenging by car (especially at night) and the train is not readily accessible. Needham is also a town you should look in to-excellent schools and an easier commute. There are 27 listing in the combined towns in your price range. Why does it seem like the market in Sharon is dropping more than the rest of Norfolk County?

While this whole market is difficult, Sharon is the only town in the Metro West area that was not flagged as a "declining" market . So while there may be some price adjustments for over-priced homes, it doesn't sound like your home will lose value.
