These must have been errors. No home sells for that little. There are some great deals and you can find $0-$50 a sq ft in areas. Please give me a call so I can get your home criteria and put together a custom home search report.

It is a good price, but there is some money that needs to be put into the place right away. There is another unit in the same place for 40k that is ready to live in day 1. I would have to do a little more digging on this unit if you are serious about it to make sure all HOA fees are correct, they have reserves for exterior repairs and have enough to maintain the property and pool. Let me know if you are interested and I will get right on it for you.
