About Me
I specialize in Sonoma Coast properties.
My family moved to Bodega Bay in 1967, and I opened my own agency here in 1995. My father was a real estate broker for over 40 years, so I guess you could say real estate is in my blood.
The Sonoma Coast has a unique and diverse real estate market. Being able to explain values, and benefits to buyers and sellers requires an agent with an in depth understanding of this coastal market. Given my almost lifetime residency here coupled with a full-time dedication to my profession makes me the agent most likely to provide clients with the most useful and up to date information on this local market.
I welcome the opportunity to work with you!

Bodega Bay has been described as "A quaint drinking town with a fishing problem". Seriously - most of the 2000 homes in the area are used as a mixture of second homes & vacation rentals. Very few (10-15%) of the homes are owner occupied. There are very few jobs available out here, so many folks are retired, and a few commute. Most shopping & cultural activities require driving inland. Weather is mild, and usually unpredictable. This is NOT southern California coastal weather. A windbreaker would be more appropriate than a bikini. There is no downtown area, no fast food, no movie theater, and no mall. However, there are miles of beautiful beaches, great fishing, biking, golf, and hiking. And the air is fresh, and the people friendly (except a few - and we know who they are!) If you are looking to "get away from it all", but still be fairly close to civilization - Bodega Bay would make a great choice. - Sun Jul 20 2008, 11:50

Hi Jake,
Bodega Bay like anywhere else has its positives & negatives. I'd like to help you find out more about the area before you consider moving this way. Give me a call, or shoot me an email.
