Mallory Square is in a great location, just south of booming Atlantic Ave. You're close to the vibe downtown, have ez access to i-95, AND, you could ride your bike to the beach for a swim.

The builder has a great reputation and would still be building if we weren't in a slump. The quality is excellent. There are other GREAT buildings to look at besides Mallory in downtown Delray.

There are sooooooooooooo many amazing places to buy in Delray Beach now, especially downtown, Pineapple Grove, sout of Atlantic and beachside. The coolest, youngest units are the lofts, they are simply amazing, right out of New York city or better.

I searched my MLS for this exact property and it does not come up as active. It might have been sold or expired. Instead, I am sending all of the current properties for sale in this same neighborhood/development, Boca Falls. I currently have a gorgeous, enormous home in Boca Falls under contract ready to close. It's a very beautiful neighborhood with tons of amenities. You get a lot for your money here.
