About Me

When Stelios Stylianou was 8 years old and helping his father renovate, prep and stage newly built & resale homes for their customers, he had no idea what a circuitous route he would take back to prepping, staging and selling homes for the market in Boca Raton, Florida!!

From Cyprus to Toronto with a detour to teach English in South Korea, Stelios was finally struck by cupid’s arrow, fired from Boca. While spending many years teaching computer software, graphics and digital marketing courses, Stelios moved to Boca Raton to marry and to pursue his love of Real Estate as a career!

His travels took him all over the world where he Managed Internet Cafes while immersing himself amongst new cultures and gaining a new appreciation and understanding of the world around him. With over 15 years of customer service, management and teaching experience, Stelios completed his required education and soon after joined Coldwell Banker to gain experience and opportunity to build his business.

High Point is a great neighborhood. I live not far from Marjorie. She has lived there since 1996 which tells me that she likes the neighborhood after 12 years. I am preparing to list a property FOR SALE in your mother's neighborhood so I have performed a thorough research on the community and of course the competing units available. This is definitely a unique area in a perfect location with mixed commercial,residential, new & re-sale properties in the surrounding areas. The lender has posted a lis pendens on June 6, 2008 against both the owners and the association. The owners live in California and any inquiries are made through their lawyer whose information is on record. I am very familiar with this community and there are 15 currently FOR SALE. One property has an offer with contingencies which leaves 14 other properties ranging from $60,000.00 to $189,900.00. 13 of the 15 for sale in this community are Short Sale/Distressed properties. There are 2 1/1 available that are Bank Owned and are asking $89,900.00 each. I hope this information is useful in seeing the current condition and status of this community.
