How does one get credit report to Credit bureau for making timely payments on land contract?

If you are interested in purchasing another home, some loan programs will allow "manual" underwriting, whereby paying rent, utilities, land contracts, etc. on time (with proof) can be used instead of (or in addition to) a credit bureau reporting based scores. If you are looking for a standard amortization report, as though all payments are assumed to be made on time, I would be happy to print one out for you. How do I find a house on land contract in the Grand Rapids area?

Hi Grant -
Please give me a call and I can share with you many different options for home buying in and around Grand Rapids. Land Contracts usually require a substantial down payment (10% or more, generally), and higher interest than many mortgage programs. There may be other avenues that would require very little down, and lower payments as well. I love to help people get into their first home! I would like to know the square footage of apartments in unit and the number of bedrooms each unit has.

2 of the units are 2 Bdrm, the rest are 1 Bdrm.
