In addition to marketing and pricing, you need to make sure your house looks better than your competition and appeals to the most potential buyers. There are many low cost/no cost ways to address the appearance and appeal. What was the feedback you received when your house was on the market? Your house needs to be priced right, look better than its competition, and be marketed effectively. Most buyers start their home search online, so make sure the photos posted on the MLS show your house at its best.
