If you can sell your home on your own, that is fantastic, and you could save some money. Agents are there because of their experience in every aspect. First of all, they have buyers all the time and constant contact with the public, they know the entire process start to finish, they have pre-approved buyers from bankers we trust, they know the value and market trends, and last but not least... Marketing the home is the easy part. If you insist on not using an agent, you are going to have to prospect daily to sell your home. Hope I helped..... - Fri Jul 25 2008, 15:12
You would still get more money by listing your home on the market. These companies are okay if you really are in trouble and have to sell your home. They are investors looking to make a profit by re-selling. - Fri Jul 25 2008, 15:05
This person is looking to make money on your property. Do not take less than market value. I work in Strongsville, the value depends on which development (Waterford, Westwood, for example) , and the expected market values of the homes. Which developer? You can feel free to contact me with more questions. I think I may be able to help you get more money. 440-572-1200. Mandria Pisek - Fri Jul 25 2008, 15:02
