Melissa - I am a real estate investor and a real estate team owner. I have offices in Bellingham, Everett, and North Seattle. Bellingham is and has been a strong market for a while probably not as strong as Seattle.
Either way homes will always appreciate more then condos. Seattle has a vast amount of land that more and more condos can be built on. Cheaper homes in Bellingham are getting harder and harder to find. So to sum up I am an advocate of Bellingham. Either day is great. We find the by rotating the days you hold open houses from one weekday 3-6 and one weekend day we maximize visitors to our listed properties. Remember to hang a sign rider a week before saying "Open Sat 12-4" to get even more traffic. - Wed Jul 16 2008, 10:13
