Yes! Most of my sellers who have not sold, rented their property. And, they actually rented utilizing my services. So, you end up making some money vs nothing at all, and they are happy. Rental market is great in SEattle/Bellevue area!

hello
Short sales - i am currently on my 4th one right now. all the ones prior to this one were a breeze. This one is going into 4th month due to the second lienholder. At this point, i dont know if it will end up being a forclosure. i have buyers are clients and they are currently thinking of looking for another property. so, short sales, lots of time to spend and sometimes you dont even get the home....

Melissa - Stay with Seattle as it is the HUB for employment. Bellingham would give you mostly college student with high turnover and potentially high repairs. My only suggestion with Seattle would go for a 2 bedroom condo. 1bdrm is harder to sell - much smaller amount of buyers then a 2 bdrm. - Thu Jul 17 2008, 21:48
