About Me
I am a native Texan by birth and Austinite for over twenty years. I love helping Buyers find the perfect home. I work almost exclusively as a Buyers Agent focused on Relocation. I can help you select the right home that you will be happy living in, or as an investment property. My services are paid for by the Seller, so it costs you nothing to have a dedicated realtor working on your behalf. My goal is to ensure that you find the perfect home and don't leave any money on the table.
Prior to becoming a realtor,for several years I was an office manager for an international commercial builder and a high end custom builder in Lakeway. This background has helped me as an agent, because I can read blueprints and I have experience with many of the various building/subcontracting companies in and around Austin.

I would directly contact the school and I would check them out on the website: http://www.SchoolMatters.com. They rate all of the area schools. They also tell you the teacher to student ratios and other valuable information. Please give me a call if I can be of further service. Good luck!

The schools are very good and you may check out the specific schools on http://www.SchoolMatters.com. Please allow me to clarify. As I said before it will cover any TYPE of home: single family home, condo or townhouse. Yes, the property must be in good condition. FHA does not like serious fixer uppers. Your job change may not negatively affect you, as long as you are making as much or more money than before the job change. Good luck with your purchase!

Dear Nathan,
FHA will cover any type of house. The key is that you will live there, not lease it out. The process is not that long and you should be able to close within 30 days with no problem. Good luck with your purchase and call me if i can be of further service.

Typically you need a downpayment, however there are still a few lenders that will do 100% financing. They generally are very picky and may require a lot of evidence about your income and debit history. It can be done.

If she won't show you the properties you are interested in, let her go and find a Realtor you can work with. I always tell my buyers I will show you any home. I have even approached Sellers that have recently withdrawn their homes from the MLS to "reset the Active Days on Market clock". Sometimes they still want to sell the house and will allow me to show it. As Realtors we need to put our clients best interests first. I am sorry you are being given the run around. I wish you the best of luck!
