About Me
I started in Real Estate over four years ago in California when the market was on the rise. After relocating to Austin I obtained my license only to witness California's mighty market crumble. When California slowed the investors flocked to Austin. Upon joining Prudential Texas Realty I quickly joined The Live Well Team. Currently I am now busy managing over 100 doors for Henderson Properties while simultaneously serving as Operations Manager for The Live Well Team. Our small boutique community of highly productive agents specializes in the marketing of downtown Austin condos, eco-friendly green communities and spaces considered out of the ordinary. We're creative, think out of the box, have better than average conversion rates and clients love us because we treat them like family.

Separate your emotions from the situation and simply tell your REALTOR that you are going to re-list the property with someone else. Keep in mind that this sort of thing happens everyday, so don't "feel bad". You may also want to find out what the average days on market is for your home in the price point, just to give a fair chance to your REALTOR. You could also call up a title company and ask them how many homes in your area sold in the last few months. This will give you an idea of what you should expect. Canada Eh? Bienvenidos a Austin! What do you consider North end of Town? You'll have every REALTOR from here to Liberty Hill trying to earn your business. Let me guess, affordable home, 3 beds 2 baths, with a yard and garage under 175k? What is your motivation to move? School District? Closer to Work? References abound from clients, or should at least, just ask whoever you choose to provide at least 3 references for your to call. Conduct a couple of phone interviews, don't agree to an appointment until you have talked to every one, then when you have narrowed them down to about 2 or 3, meet with them to see if you can work together. Ask tough questions like: How long have you been in the business, Where did you come from? (As many REALTORS are not native to Austin, myself included.) How many homes do you own in Austin?
