Does anybody have an opinion about the Pepperidge subdivision in Augusta Ga they would like to shre?

Pepperidge is a subidivision that is "For Sale" and by this I mean there currently 33 active listings for sale in the neighborhood. Prices are typically between $93,000 and $149,999 with average days on market of roughly 120 days. There are a few forclosures that could be purchased a considerable discount as well.. The neighborhood is rather large in size and has quite a few homes. It's very Close to Fort Gordon which would make commuting for military personel or government contractors very easy. can you terminate if seller does not respond to amendment to address concerns with property until after due?

Include this in your amendment and you can. I noticed this statement while looking through the 2008 Special Stipulations section of the GAR Contracts. Pretty neat!

AMENDMENT TO ADDRESS CONCERNS AS NOTICE TO TERMINATE
In the event this Amendment to Address Concerns with Property is not accepted by Seller and delivered back to Buyer prior to
the end of the Buyer’s Right to Terminate this Agreement, this Amendment to Address Concerns with Property shall serve as

I think it's fantastic that you're looking for a home in Richmond County. Augusta has some really neat historic districts with some very interesting homes. Sandy Shores provided some great sites were you can get some great data on any particular school I think you might find the Richmond County School System website usefull as well.

This is not a direct answer to your question, but writing to a word processor first and then cut/pasting can save you the frustration of loosing a lengthy post as well as making sure everything is spelled correctly! - Sat Nov 3 2007, 21:37
