Donna has been in Real Estate since 1990 and loves to help people relocate to their new homes, not only locally but nationally, as she has quite a referral network to find you the right real estate agent in the right location. Her expertise is in listing, marketing your home and negotiating a sale for you, with your best interests in mind.

David joined Donna in 1998 and has the ABR designation, utilizing his expertise to help people like you who are buying a home, especially first time home buyers. Also does all data entry for listings and photography.

Both are life time residents of the Chagrin Valley Area and love Geauga County. They have 2 children and a Siberian Husky, Harley. We are here to serve you!

I know you want Mantua and this is a gorgeous area to live in. We do have 2 lots for sale in Newbury for $55,000 on Pekin Rd. 1.6 acres each. We could also provide free of charge, access to the MLS and send you updates of land as they become available. We just sold a home on Winfield Park and have a Home listed on Westwood, which we just reduced.. Newbury has been slow, even in good markets so you have to be patient and watch the market and reduce as necessary, which is how we sold Winfield. The condition is important and we stage homes to sell as the first impression is the most important. We have been selling in Geauga county for 18 years and love the area. - Thu Jun 12 2008, 07:51
