My name is Tracy L. Oreus and I would like to thank you for taking a moment to read my profile. I've been a full time real estate agent for 5+ yrs. I have a strong belief in giving my clients the best service and protection, which is why I attend classes and seminars that address the changes in real estate and how best to protect clients in real estate transactions. You can try to advertise the rental thru http://www.Craigslist.com. However, if you don't have the time to advertise or show the property, you can hire an manangement company or real brokerage to place the property in the multiple listing services. I would gladly help you if you need more information.

11) To provide you a list of vendors that can assist you in your real estate needs i.e. home inspector.
12) When writing the contract consult with you a time frame best suitable for you to have an home inspection.

15) After binding agreement date, provide you with a date deadline sheet for terms in the contract, and to give you notice before deadline dates to assure terms are accomplished.
