About Me

How can Real Estate agents be eco-friendly? By consistently minimizing their impact on the environment, educating their clients on how to increase efficiency, and continuing to learn new ways of being clean and green. Global warming is one of the largest and most challenging problems we are facing in this century. I'm doing my part to reduce greenhouse gases by powering my vehicle with renewable fuels and working from home whenever possible. I specialize in Buncombe, Henderson, Madison, and Yancey counties. Realtors can't ethically tell you which schools are the best, or which neighborhoods are better than others. All we really can do is tell you the facts and let you make the decisions. I can tell you that the Asheville area has 3 things that make it a great place to live: beautiful surroundings, nice people, and culture. I taught in the Owen District for 6 years before starting a career in real estate. Although a Realtor can't ethically tell you a certain school district is better than another, I can personally vouch for the schools in Black Mountain. It was a terrific place to work and I was proud to be among such a strong faculty (I taught at the middle school). The schools are not perfect by any means, but Owen Middle reached AYP and achieved high growth last year.
