She keeps herself firmly grounded as the seller, buyer and investor working with Realtors that she was just a couple of years ago, knowing what kind of service she expected from a Realtor. She has sold and bought in tough markets in England, UK, Washington DC, San Diego, Miami Beach and the greater Asheville area, including Asheville, Lake Santeetlah, Black Mountain, Weaverville, Hendersonville and the surrounding counties of Asheville. Rowena has experienced markets that are inventory heavy, to Washington DC in the late 90s where escalation clauses were written into the contracts (we'll pay up to $X more) due to multi offers coming in! Today's market is shifting more towards buyers, however the wonderful thing about housing is that prices have historically gone up and down, but always in an upward shift overall.
