We are a sister duo with Keller Williams Premier Properties in Antioch, CA. We each have 4 years of real estate experience each. Our areas of expertise are mostly in Contra Costa County, however we also work Alameda County and have gone as far as Sacramento. Being that Contra Costa County is so large, Eastern Contra Costa County (Antioch, Pittsburg, Oakley, Bay Point, Brentwood...) is our primary area of practice.

Yes Yolanda, there are actually 10 properties currently on the market in Antioch for at or under $60,000. Nine of those properties are condos and one is a detached home that needs some work (REO condition). Of course, the location of these properties aren't the best, but yes they are out there. we make 90K annual, looking for a condo in Santa clara,what loans are good for us upto 400,000 no down payment

You may have already started or finished the loan process at this point, however, if that is not the case, the only loan program that is even close to a no down payment program is the FHA loan. You only need 3% to put down and even then you can get the down payment covered through a special program. Of course, you must find a seller that is willing to take FHA financing and will participate in the program. In addition, condo complexs must have FHA approval to qualify. Other than FHA, find a seller that is willing to do seller carryback financing. Those are pretty much your only options for no down payment. Have any questions about anything I have suggested, just ask. Hope this helps!

Need a loan for $620k with $140k income, 5-10% down and 680 FICO. Difficult to document income.

Susan is right. The mortgage industry is definitely changing everyday. The loan program that you enter into may change midstream due to stricter requirements put in place by the lender. Not pretty, but it has been happening. Your FICO is in the satisfactory category, but is still doable. The only concern is that you haven't any tax returns. You may qualify for an FHA loan, however you would have to really explain your situation as far as those tax returns are concerned. You most likely will have to go full doc, since most lenders no longer accept stated income. What is your debt-to-income ratio? This too will be a factor in your approval for a loan.
